A 1,500$ deposit is required to confirm your booking The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival No rebate for shortened or overcharge for prolonged stays due to weather conditions Deposit is non refundable but may be applied to alternate dates or transferred to a party you may designate Weight limit for seaplanes: Beaver 950lbs and Otter 1,875lbs Luggage allowance per person 45lbs Any flight due to overweight will be at guests expense
